About our Repair Process

Great News – our team handles the repairs! We repair The Safety Sleeper® at our warehouse in Pittsburgh, PA. If your family is experiencing an issue with their bed, we will need three things from you:

1. Original PO#
2. Photos of the repair needed
3. Address/Contact information

When there is a repair, the cost includes shipping, along with a free loaner enclosure to use during the repair. You will need to sign the agreement prior to the loaner bed being shipped. If the repair is not covered under warranty, there will be a fee that will be determined with the photos that you provide to us.
