Shipping policy

Estimated ship date will be given to you when you receive your sales order confirmation email.

All orders are added to the production schedule within 24 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive your estimated ship date on the order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order is ready to ship.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Not currently offered. 

International Shipping

We ship across the globe, for international orders, please contact us at customercare@safetysleeper.com to inquire about shipping costs and available products.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@safetysleeper.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
