our repair process

Great News – our team handles the repairs!

We repair The Safety Sleeper® at our warehouse in Pittsburgh, PA. If a family is experiencing an issue with their bed, we will need three things from you:

1. Original PO#
2. Photos of the repair needed
3. Address/Contact information for the family

The Safety Sleeper portable safety bed for children with special needs

When there is a repair, the cost includes shipping, along with a free loaner enclosure to use during the repair. The family will need to sign the agreement prior to the loaner bed being shipped. If the repair is not covered under warranty, there will be a fee that will be determined with the photos that you provide to us. The Safety Sleeper® includes a 100% satisfaction / 30-day money-back guarantee. If something isn't right with your purchase, contact us within 30 days so we can fix it.

The Safety Sleeper® also comes with a one-year limited warranty. To activate the warranty, your clients need to register their Safety Sleeper® with us! The registration process enables us to provide the best service, forward product updates, and makes any repairs or replacements easier for the end-user.

The Safety Sleeper® features medical grade fabrics and materials that are tested up to 375 pounds of pressure PSI. The weight limit on our air mattress is up to 250 lbs. Every bed is shipped with its own waterproof memory foam mattress that fits on any standard size twin, twin XL, full, or queen box spring/frame.

Each year, The Safety Sleeper® undergoes rigorous testing to ensure the highest safety standards. According to the FDA's Seven Zones of Entrapment, our bed eliminates any potential areas for entrapment or pinching.
